Hike to one Hawaiis most famous waterfalls!
Outside of the city of Waikiki is the beautiful Moana Forest which is known for its stunning trail leading to Moana Falls. Let us guide you through this beautiful location.
On your way to the waterfall breath in the nature that Hawaii is so well known for. You will be able to spot lush flora and beautiful fauna that is native to Oahu. At the trails end you will be able to take in the view of one of Hawaiis most infamous waterfalls.
The hike through Moana Valley is a total of 1.7 miles with an elevation gain of 633 feet. This hike is considered to be moderate and a significant portion of the trail is paved, but the trail does get rocky and slipery when raining. If you are comfortable with these conditions we encourage you to join us for a day of fun!

Hotel Pick-Up
Get ready to start your adventure by wearing comfortable shoes and clothes! Our tour van will collect you at one of our 7 convenient pick-up locations throughout Waikiki. Incase of rain bring a poncho or other rainwear.

Arrival at the trail head
Entering the Moana Falls trial feels as though you’ve entered a tropical rainforest! This beautiful landscape has been the set for many famous movies like Jurassic Park, and TV shows like Lost.

Welcome to Manoa Falls
After 45 minutes of taking in the sites of the trail you will reach “The Valley of the Rainbows”! Just a few feet away you will spot the stunning view of Moana Falls. Moana Falls reaches a height of 150 feet and is even more breathtaking in person.

Now that you have journeyed to Moana Falls its time to begin the relaxing hike back to the starting point of your journey. Catch some fun pictures and videos you may have missed on your way up!

Welcome to a local Hawaiian favorite Andy’s Sandwich Shop! Enjoy a delicious and healthy lunch where you can choose from a variety of sandwiches (Pastrami, Tuna, and Veggie) or an acai bowl.

Eat and take in Tantalus Lookout
Time to step out of the rainforest like scenery and take in the view from Tantalus Lookout. This spot is famous for its panoramic view of Honolulu and Waikiki which you can take in while enjoying your lunch. Our guides will touch on what makes the ecosystem surrounding Tantalus Lookout unique.
Beautiful nature hike to a waterfall. Lots of information on the plant life we saw along the way. Enjoyed a lunch in a park at the conclusion of the hike. Billy was a great guide.
