Dolpins and You

On The Day of Your Dolphin Tour in Hawaii

Here's what a day with Dolphins and You looks like!

  • 1st Tour
  • 2nd Tour

Gooood Morning! (5:00 am)

To make sure you don’t sleep in on the day of your tour, our guides will be giving you an Aloha wake up call. We’ll tell you what time to be ready at your pick up location so that there’s no delay in your personal “Journey of Self Discovery”.

Hotel Lobby Pick Up (5:30 am - 6:00 am)

Don’t worry about driving to the harbor – just look out for the Dolphins and You bus! We’ll pick you up straight from your lobby. If you’re still sleepy, that’s ok. You can take a quick nap on our way to the Harbor. Next stop: Waianae Boat Harbor on the west coast of Oahu. Aloooha!

All Aboard “Ariya”!

We’re here! Jump off the Dolphins and You bus and head out to Ariya, our beautiful tour boat. It’s bigger than you think! Get ready because we’re headed…

Next Stop – Wild Dolphins!

…to the Sea! Ahhh, sunrise. We’ll head out to our special diving location that has dozens of spinner dolphins taking a morning swim. Mornings in Hawaii are gorgeous, so soak in the sun and enjoy the morning breeze!

Group Blessing: E’Ho Mai

After our initial departure, we do an ancient prayer and chant to express our appreciation for a beautiful day. Oh, and we pray for LOTS OF DOLPHINS!

Suit Up For Snorkeling

Time to suit up, friends! Now that we’ve arrived at our location, you’ll need to put on your snorkel, fins, and wetsuit. Don’t forget your sunglasses, too! Once you’re ready, it’s time to…

Encounter with Wild Dolphins

There they are! Dolphins! We see about 10 of them swimming happily alongside the boat. Sometimes we see many more. We go ahead and approach cautiously, so we don't scare them.

Swim With Dolphins!

You’ve made it – watch the dolphins swim right by you. If you listen closely, you can hear their unique voices. It is said that dolphins have the power to calm people.

Sea Turtles and Wild Fish!

After we move away from the dolphins’ location, we head over to a snorkeling area that is loaded with beautiful tropical fish. There are over 21,000 fish in Hawaiian waters, and a third of those fish aren’t found anywhere else in the world!

Ocean Activities

If you want to take a break from snorkeling, you can go kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding or go down our brand new on-deck water slide! Kids and adults go crazy over our slide and it’s always a blast. Trust us, we’ve been down it about a million times.

The World’s Greatest Cheeseburger

The Captain has a world famous Ono Taro Burger which he’ll grill right on deck while you’re snorkeling. Once you jump out of the water, a hot, juicy, delicious cheeseburger will be waiting for you. (This is making us hungry…) Are you a vegetarian? No problem-o! We’ve got a killer vegetarian burger that will make your carnivorous seamates envious.

Entertainment On Board

After we swim and eat, our amazing (and hilarious) crew will teach you how to hula. Some of them are even professional hula dancers! Let’s dance together to the sounds of the Hawaiian ukelele. Aloha!

Back to harbor! (11:00 am)

After hours of fun, culture, sun and sea, we head back to the harbor to take the bus back to Waikiki.

Arrive at Waikiki hotel (Approx 12:30pm)
